• NECK : Measure around the base of the neck where collar sits
• CHEST : Placing your tape close up inside the arm, measure around the chest fullest apart
• SLEEVES : Measure from top center of the collar till the tip of the shoulder and to the end of the sleeve
• WAIST : Measure your waist around exactly where you want your denim/trouser to sit
• INSIDE LEG : Measure your leg from top the top inside your leg till your ankle
• SHOULDER : Measure around shoulder tip to tip
