Return & Exchange
We are responsible for what we sell. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return most items to us within 7 days of delivery to get
a 100% refund except Shipping & COD charges. We do not
return or exchange gift vouchers and “Wedding
Collection” products. Exchange and return policy is not
applicable on any of our products such as Blazers,
Jackets, Sherwani, Kurta Sets, Indo-Western/long coats,
suits & jodhpuris.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or
damage including without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage
whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising
out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from
us.
At rkgarments.com we offer an EASY 7-DAY REFUND
OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase, you may exchange or return the
merchandise bought from rkgarments.com. (NOT APPLICABLE
on category of Blazers & Jackets and “Wedding
Collection” products such as Sherwani, Kurta Sets,
Indo-Western & Suits.)
In an unlikely event, if it happens that any merchandise you
have ordered from us is not received in good condition,
is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is
different from what you had expected, you may return the
merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you had
received it, in its original packaging along with
original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the
date on which these goods are delivered.
You may return merchandise to us in the following
ways:
You may visit any R.K. Garments store in India , Hyperlink to
Google maps store (on the website itself) , and return
the merchandise in unused condition, along with the
original sale invoice, or
You may call R.K. Garments customer care on 909998503,
and request a return or exchange. We shall process the
return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our
location in unused condition in its original packaging
along with original tags and invoice, failing in
fulfiling any of mentioned terms & conditions wouldn’t
be liable for any return or exchange or refund. Customer
will have to bear shipping cost in every return or
exchange case.
Any returns/exchanges at R.K. Garments stores, or through
courier, must be accompanied by the original sale
invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We
will not be able to accept or process returns or
exchange or refund which are not accompanied by the
relevant/respective original sales invoice
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please
ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or
tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is
not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered
with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods,
please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call
our Customer Care at 909998503or e-mail us at
rk@rkgarments.com, mentioning your order reference
number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a
replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
We do always put in our best effortsto ensure that each of
our customer is completely satisfied with every purchase
made from rkgarments.com
In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in
damaged/defective condition, we will refund the shipping
charges applicable to that item along with the product
cost, if we are unable to exchange or replace the item.
The replacement product will be shipped to you at no
additional shipping charge.
Returns/Exchange at R.K. Garments stores:
If you return any merchandise purchased from rkgarments.com
at any R.K. Garments store, you shall be issued a R.K.
Garments credit note against receipt of the merchandise,
which may be redeemed against any purchases of an
equivalent amount from any R.K. Garments store within 3
months from your billing date.
Please note that the original R.K. Garments credit note must
be produced while redeeming against any purchases. We
shall not be responsible in the event the original
credit note is misplaced or destroyed or lost.
The R.K. Garments credit note can only be used to pay for
purchases at R.K. Garments stores, and cannot be
redeemed against purchases made on rkgarments.com.
The issuance of the R.K. Garments credit note to the person
against the returned merchandise shall be sufficient
discharge to R.K. Garments, regardless of the payment
had been paid via/through any means (such as credit
card, e-gift voucher, etc) at the orginial purchase.
Returns/Exchange through courier collection:
Exchanges shall be done through courier only, for items with
exactly the same price as the item being returned.
Please clearly indicate the product to be replaced as
our Customer Care Associate can confirm requested
replacement only after checking the availability of the
product.
After the merchandise is received by rkgarments.com, and
subject to verification of the purchase and condition of
merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within10
working days of receipt of the merchandise.
In case of refund of payment paid via credit/debit card, the
respective credit/debit card account will have the
payment credited back in the same credit/debit card
account which was used to pay at the time of original
ordering. Please note that we will not be responsible
for any delay in your credit/debit card account getting
credited back as it is managed by your respective
credit/debit card issuing bank.
